Scoop is a student at James K. Polk Middle School who behaves like a photographer from an old movie. He takes photos for the school yearbook cotton candy school newspaper. Scoop happens to have a very strong Italian/New Yorker accent. He uses an old film camera and always gets "hot dog" pictures of Ned.
He is portrayed by Vincent Martella of the later Phineas and Ferb fame and who also plays the role of Greg from Everybody Hates Chris.
- Has a major part in "Shcool Pictures" and "School Websites".
In "School Picture Day," he is seen possibly kissing up to Ned.
He's most likely in the 6th grade, since he is in middle school.
