"Guide to: Money and Parties" is a season 3 episode of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.
Plot[]
Part 1: Money[]
Ned, Moze, and Cookie want to go the Fig Valley Music Festival, but tickets cost $50 each. They don't have a lot of cash on them (Ned actually has nothing), so Moze suggests that they make the money by setting up freelance jobs. Seth Powers gives the trio a job by cleaning up his untidy basement for his party. They agree to do it for $25 and invites to his party.
After getting tired from cleaning job, Ned is approached by Missy, who instantly loans him the $50. She then kisses him extremely violently as a bonus. Ned owes her $72 in the end due to interest rate in loans. Rejecting the $50 return, Missy enslaves him using numerous chores: massaging her toes, cleaning up her locker mirror, carrying stack of books, and pulling her cart she rides on. Ned attempts to get easy money, borrowing "Free Easy Money" book from Gordy. He follows one of the book's instructions by eating so many bowls of oatmeal so that the government will reward him $100. After a day of consumption, Ned finishes the task successfully, but Moze reads the book again, revealing that the reward will be added to his social security check that Ned won't receive until he is 65 years old.
Meanwhile, Cookie brings up his talent show to make money such as being puppeteer of Baxter the Bear, magician, and extreme stuntman. However, his talents fail because: he spills on his clothes while letting his puppet recite alphabet and drinking milk at the same time, he cannot figure out the card trick at which Moze had picked a card, and he is trapped inside the locked box for hours as a stuntman (his audience had their money back). In desperation, he decides to help Ned carry Missy's cart.
Moze is shown overburdened by a crowd of job clients. Unable to convince Ned and Cookie to help her, she herself accepts babysitting job with rough kids, fixing bikes, and walking the dogs. She gets paid in full, but as she finds Ned and Cookie helping Missy, she decides to pay all the loans so that both will no longer work for Missy. In the end, they all go to the concert, but they need to repay Moze in return. Moze ties both of them in babysitting job and kids play with them roughly.

Part 2: Parties[]
The gang is invited to Seth Powers' party after they cleaned up his basement. Cookie has plans to rig a game of Spin the Bottle with a magnetized paper clip so he can kiss Lisa Zemo. Cookie decides to wait outside Seth's house for Lisa to show up. When Ned and Moze arrive at the party, Ned is immediately accosted by Missy, since she basically forced him ask her to Seth's party. When Missy runs off to get them snacks, Ned sees Suzie Crabgrass at the party, having been invited by Seth. Ned sees this as a chance to win Suzie back, but Missy is having none of it. She wants to tell Suzie to back off Ned, but Ned offers to do it himself so he can let her down easy. But when he talks to Suzie, he lies and says he's here with Cookie and Moze.
Right when Moze finds Faymen at the party, he has to leave to find his lost dog. He kisses her before he leaves, but Moze still feels nothing. Cookie meets up with Lisa when she arrives at Seth's house. Unfortunately, Cookie is banned from Seth's party after what happened last year, when he danced so crazy he knocked over a lamp and set a curtain on fire. Seth asks Cookie if he's seen Lisa, which automatically makes Cookie jealous. After he's rejected, Cookie sees three girls who aren't on the guest list, but they're let inside anyway after Seth told them to come by. Moze realizes the only time she felt something was when she kissed Ned. She feels like she needs to kiss Ned again to compare it to her kiss with Faymen.
Meanwhile, while Ned is talking to Suzie, he tries to squirt some lemon into his drink but instead squirts her in the eye. He apologizes and says he'll get her a drink. He goes back to Missy, telling her he tried to let Suzie down easy. With Suzie rubbing the lemon out of her eye, Missy thinks she's crying. Cookie comes back to the party dressed as Simone and is let in. Moze gets Cookie to lend her his Spin the Bottle game so she can do a "kiss comparison test" with Ned.
Missy tries to get Ned inside a closet so they can make out, but Ned locks himself in the closet to try and stall until he can get out of being Missy's date. When Missy runs off to find something to break Ned out of the closet, Ned escapes, but Moze tries to drag him into her Spin the Bottle game, quickly dropping the paper clip into his drink. He quickly leaves to find Suzie again, and Coconut Head takes Ned's empty seat, causing the bottle to land on him.
Cookie as Simone finds Seth flirting with Lisa, so he pretends Simone was scorned by Seth and slaps him. He warns Lisa to stay away from him and takes her onto the dance floor. Suzie tells Ned it looked like he came to this party with Missy. Ned says he feels like Missy might get thrown out of the party. Right on cue, Missy returns with a sledgehammer and starts breaking down the closet door, causing her to get thrown out of the party.
Ned slips the DJ some money to play a slow song for him and Suzie. Seth swoops back in and dances with Lisa, pushing Simone into Coconut Head's arms. Moze interrupts Ned's slow dance to drag him back into the Spin the Bottle game, once again dropping the paper clip into his drink. Suzie quickly drags him back on the dance floor, causing a dog to take Ned's empty seat as the bottle points to it. Just as Ned and Suzie are about to kiss, Ned spots Missy banging on the glass door, yelling to be let back in. Ned comes clean to Suzie about coming to the party with Missy and heads off to get her back into the party. Suzie tells Missy to hang onto Ned. Suzie's mom arrives to pick her up, so she gives Ned one quick peck on the cheek before she leaves.
To get the slow dancing to stop, Cookie asks the DJ to play something fast, which winds up being the fast song from last year. Cookie starts dancing crazy again, and winds up mindlessly throwing his wig across the room. He quickly runs off. Faymen returns and it turns out the dog was his. When Moze spins the bottle again, Faymen gets up and Ned winds up in his empty seat just as the bottle lands on him. Moze kisses him and has an image of fireworks in her head. Just then, Cookie's wig catches on fire, and everyone runs out of the basement.

- When the trio plans for the concert at the end, Moze had spent all his job money for Ned's loans, but Ned still has $50 that Missy lent him and rejected his return.
- Cookie is banned by Seth's parents from entering his party. Oddly, he did enter to clean his house with Ned and Moze in previous episode segment Money. It may be possible that Cookie's ban is limited to Seth's parties.
- This is the third kiss between Ned and Missy.
