Ned tries to get rid of an embarrassing itch by using talcum powder from Mr. Sweeney, but gets caught while sneaking into his room. But after he saves Mr. Sweeney from choking and tells him about the embarrassing itch, he is allowed to use the powder. Meanwhile, Cookie thinks that Moze killed Faymen, due to a number of misunderstandings. Moze tries to do a makeover on Larry, the school's CPR doll, that people practice health measures on.

When Missy uses an anti-girl zone to get all girls away from Ned, Ned pretends that he is dating Moze to get Missy off his back. Cookie pretends to have a girlfriend to make Lisa jealous but only makes Evelyn jealous. Loomer, Seth and Faymen kind of fight over the privilege to date Moze.
