"Guide to: Field Trips, Permission Slips, Signs and Weasels" is the Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide series finale. It is a special episode and two-part TV movie.

Plot[]

Moze has been distant with Ned since Suzie moved back. Ned takes Suzie moving back as a sign that they should be together. Moze thinks the same thing, but Mr. Chopsaw says she's lying to herself. Moze denies this, as she and Ned both decide, on their own, to just be friends. Cookie hears someone in trouble, so he changes into a superhero outfit. He finds Mike and Coconut Head wrestling for a granola bar. Cookie kicks the granola bar out of his hand and fights both Mike and his friends, giving the granola bar back to Coconut Head.

Today is the day of the eighth-grade field trip at the Huffington Gardens and Gallery. Moze is excited for the trip, until Ned mentions taking Suzie to the romantic rose garden, and then she walks away. When Suzie arrives at Ned's locker, she tells him she's excited about the trip and wants to go to the rose garden. Ned even pictures it in his mind, but the girl in his daydreams turns out to be Moze, not Suzie. Ned is suddenly confused and torn between Suzie and Moze.

Cookie forgot to get his permission slip signed and begs Ned for help. He forges a signature on Cookie's slip but tells him it's temporary. An overworked office worker will check it off, and they'll slip in a real signed slip the next day. Because Moze is suddenly single, she's hit on by Crony, but Moze only wants to see the Wild Boy painting. When she walks off, Crony tells Loomer through a walkie-talkie that the plan has begun. Loomer is dressed nicely, hoping to impress Moze and finally date her.

When Ned and Cookie drop off Cookie's permission slip, Crubbs suddenly appears with a handwriting expert. The expert is about to compare the signature on the slip to the one on Cookie's report card, but Cookie quickly eats the permission slip. They don't get busted for forgery, but Cookie still can't go on the field trip. Ned bargains on Cookie's behalf and asks if Cookie's mom can give permission over the phone. Crubbs allows it but tells him they will both stay behind if there's any more funny business. Unfortunately for Cookie, his mom is on a plane and can't call the school. They go to Moze to have her call as Cookie's mom. She initially says no, but Ned wears her down. Moze poses as Cookie's mom, but Crubbs catches all three of them and bans them from the field trip. He threatens them with summer school, detention, and a ban from graduation if they leave the nogoers room.

Moze is furious that Ned got her banned from the field trip. Ned refuses to go down without a fight and calls Gordy for help. Ned breaks Mr. Lowe's glasses, and Gordy uses cardboard cut-outs of Ned, Cookie, and Moze to make Mr. Lowe think they're still there. The three of them escape the room, but can't get on the bus, as Crubbs is supervising the kids all boarding the bus. Gordy goes off to tackle Crubbs and the security guards so Ned, Cookie, and Moze can race onto the bus before it leaves. Unfortunately, this tackling gets Gordy fired. On the bus, Ned gets a call from Suzie who asks him if he got on the wrong bus. Right then, Crubbs gets on the bus to check every seat individually and make sure the kids are safe. To save themselves, Ned, Cookie, and Moze start cheering about the field trip, getting the whole bus to join in. Crubbs gives up on the seat check and the bus leaves. While on the bus, Ned calls Suzie, and promises her they will spend the whole day together in the rose garden, which angers Moze. Cookie has a plan to separate Lisa from the pack: his superhero alter-ego, the Steel Eagle.

At the Huffington Gardens and Gallery, the students are given colored stickers to match the teachers chaperoning them. Lisa has a blue sticker, but Cookie has a red one, so he quickly switches stickers with Coconut Head. But seeing that Moze has a red sticker, Loomer gives his blue sticker to Coconut Head and takes his red one. Ned has to stay hidden from Crubbs, but he's eventually put in Sweeney's group with Suzie. Moze is in the red group and gets to see the Wild Boy but tries to stay hidden behind a gallery brochure. After Loomer unsuccessfully tries hitting on her, she walks right into a vase and almost knocks it over. An alarm sounds and she runs from security.

Cookie runs off to change into his Steel Eagle costume but is caught by Mike and his friends. Turns out, Cookie paid Mike to "rob" Coconut Head and promises them more money to cause trouble on the trip that he can save Lisa from. They all put on ski masks, but when Moze runs past Cookie, and the security guards accost Mike and his friends, thinking they're art thieves. Cookie now has no one to cause trouble that he can save Lisa from.

Back at the school, Gordy is wrestling with the weasel again. With this being his last day at Polk, Gordy decides to go all out to catch the weasel for good. He accidentally traps Mr. Chopsaw in a net, who says the weasel ruined his oak. The Lunch Lady says the weasel ate a whole can of creamed spinach, and Coach Dirga says the weasel ate her dodgeballs. They all team up with Gordy to catch the weasel together.

While leaving the Japanese garden for the art gallery, Ned runs into Crubbs and runs away, leading Crubbs to chase after him. Moze is still being chased by security. When Cookie, still dressed as the Steel Eagle, hears a cry for help, he notices a baby in a stroller who has dropped his lollipop. He goes to pick it up for him, but the baby is scared of the Steel Eagle costume. The baby's mother thinks Cookie is stealing his candy, leading to Cookie being chased around now.

Ned quickly jumps behind a shrub and find himself on top of Moze. The Japanese samurai performers chasing Cookie are all deputized by one of the security guards so they can all find who they're chasing. Crubbs does not get deputized, though. Ned and Moze are about to kiss when Suzie calls Ned. Ned leaves Moze to find Suzie in the art gallery. The main security guard alerts all the others to look for a mop-headed kid, a birdman, and a girl with big brown eyes. Security finds Coconut Head, Martin Qwerly in a bird mask, and Missy, and take them all down. Moze quickly buys a scarf and a pair of sunglasses from a booth to disguise herself. Cookie goes to change back into his clothes, but they're missing. While looking for them, he finds himself on the Japanese samurai stage and gets chased again.

Ned tries to find Suzie at the gallery but finds Crubbs again and runs off. Ned hides in the electrical room and finds Coconut Head in there. He convinces Coconut Head to wear his clothes, so Crubbs thinks he was chasing after the wrong person. It works with Crubbs, but Coconut Head is taken by security, leaving Ned without any clothes. Ned calls Moze to bring him some clothes, which causes her to miss the Wild Boy again. The only thing she could bring Ned was a Wild Boy t-shirt and a grass skirt from the gift shop.

Cookie is still being chased by the samurai performers, so he hides in the electrical room in the art gallery, but finds maintenance workers in there, so he runs out. Moze is very confused about whether or not she and Ned should be together. Ned and Suzie are in the gallery's cafe when Moze joins them, and they're all joined by Loomer. Cookie has gotten back onto the bus to escape the samurai but sees the maintenance guys get into a van and then get back out dressed as security. They relay a plan to each other where they intend to steal the Wild Boy. Cookie realizes this is a real problem and he feels like he has to stop them. Cookie finds the security office to tell them about it, but he gets thrown in a room with Missy, Coconut Head, Martin, Mike, and his friends.

After the cafe, the students are allowed to roam around for an hour. Just as Ned and Suzie leave for the rose garden, Moze tells Suzie all sorts of things about Ned, such as him being a booger eater and that he peed himself. Ned tells Moze he and Suzie will make out in the rose garden, leading Moze to make out with Loomer in retaliation. Crony tells Loomer to abort the mission because Moze seems crazy, but Moze drags Loomer to the rose garden. Just when Ned and Suzie (and Moze and Loomer) are about to kiss, Crubbs shows up. Moze and Ned run off together and hide in the bushes again. Ned decides to take the blame so Moze can get back on the bus and not get in trouble. He runs out to Crubbs and gets Crubbs to chase him, away from Moze. Crubbs finds Sweeney and asks him if he's seen Ned, since he's supposed to be banned from the field trip. Surprisingly, Sweeney covers for Ned and says he hasn't seen him all day. Sweeney finds Ned in a tree and tells him this was an early graduation gift. He will always remember Ned as one of his worst - and favorite - students and wishes him good luck.

Ned fell out of the tree, tearing the t-shirt off in the process and cutting his cheek. While Ned tries to clean up his cut cheek at a river, tourists find him and think he's the real Wild Boy, so they start taking pictures and chasing him. While Ned hides in some bushes again, he debates with himself on whether he should meet up with Suzie in the rose garden, or Moze in the parking lot. He hears security right behind him talking about a Wild Boy sighting. Just then, Moze calls his cell phone, resulting in Ned being caught and chased by security. Ned flashes back to all the great times he had with Moze. He calls someone on his cell and asks them to meet him in the rose garden.

Back at the school, Gordy, Dirga, Rose, and Chopsaw are chasing the weasel in the air vents. The ceiling collapses and they all fall into Principal Wright's office. When the weasel takes Wright's handbook, he goes with the other four to catch the weasel. Wright brings in a bulldozer to get through the walls. Gordy traps the weasel in a cabinet.

Cookie puts his Steel Eagle mask back on to save the day. He traps security in the detention room, freeing himself, Missy, Martin, Coconut Head, Mike, and his friends. Ned meets up with Moze in the rose garden, looking exactly like the Wild Boy, which does make Moze happy. They finally kiss and become boyfriend and girlfriend. Cookie finds Ned and Moze and convinces them to help him thwart the art thieves. As all of this is happening, Suzie and Loomer start going out again. Ned, Moze, and Cookie all get security to chase them to the gallery. Security is able to catch the art thieves, and they come to Ned, Moze, and Cookie's defense when Crubbs intends to discipline them. Lisa unmasks the Steel Eagle knowing it's Cookie and asks him out for pizza.

When the students get back to the school, it's been completely destroyed. Gordy shows everyone that the weasel is a girl and had babies in the school. The weasels become the new school pets. Wright even makes sure Crubbs knows that Gordy isn't fired.
