Alistair Wright is a teacher at James K. Polk Middle School who later becomes Principal. Moze didn't like Mr. Wright in the beginning, but he became her favorite teacher. He was portrayed by the late Meshach Taylor.

Personality

Principal Alistair Wright is a Social Studies teacher at Polk who favors Moze as one of his best students. He later becomes the principal in Season 3, after Irving Pal retires. He is also the school's cross country coach. He appears as the Social Studies teacher in Seasons 1 & 2. It was once revealed that he has his doctorate degree from Harvard University.

In one episode, he tried to act cool but failed. He just wanted to "make the students think he was cool, not boring, like they do."
